They had to wait several months for us to finalise our order, as we were relying on a grant, but were never pushy or demanding.
We actually haven't had the opportunity to use the the marquees yet, due to events being cancelled for COVID-19 restrictions, so can't really comment on how well they stand up to use, but they look very sturdy. Read Less

Awesome marquee. Strong, sturdy, looks great, easy to put up and takedown, does require at least 2 people though. The only issue I have which I raised last year when I got the marquee was the wheels on the cover. They are not strong enough or big enough to properly support the 3mx6m marquee, thus quite hard to move especially when i have to wheel it on grass in the backyard. Read MoreHi, I recently purchased a Extreme Marquee from my nephew but unfortunately the top and sides were damaged from a severe storm, he was unable to get the Marquee down before the storm hit.
I contacted Extreme Marquee's sales office for advise on what materials best suited my needs.
They were very helpful in describing the benefits of each material.
Since receiving the new top and sides I have been using the Marquee for the last 6months in all different weather situations and find it meets my needs perfectly.
