They had to wait several months for us to finalise our order, as we were relying on a grant, but were never pushy or demanding.
We actually haven't had the opportunity to use the the marquees yet, due to events being cancelled for COVID-19 restrictions, so can't really comment on how well they stand up to use, but they look very sturdy. Read Less

The only issue we had was with the delivery. Our marquee was meant to be delivered to our club's address which didn't happen. Following inquiry, it was found at the courier's depot who claimed they tried to deliver the article but I wasn't home...all lies. After a delay of 3 weeks, I picked up our marquee myself and is now in good use by our club. Read Less

Read MoreI ordered a marquee & it arrived in 3 days, however upon opening the box the legs were all scratched & the powder coating was off in places (the canopy was perfect). A quick phone call to Extreme Marquees & the problem was fixed with a replacement leaving the factory that afternoon & the new one arriving 2 days later. The courier picked up the box to be returned & everyone was happy. I will gladly recommend EXTREME MARQUEES as the staff are all friendly & helpful, have excellent customer skills & go above & beyond to help.
