Everyone I spoke with over the phone or dealt with via email were very helpful and knew their stuff. They helped me through the process of picking a suitable marquee and were very responsive while I was playing with the design. Once ordered delivery was extremely quick. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely beyond impressed with Jeremy in customer service - had issues with a few parts of our Marquee break and not only did he ship out the replacement parts instantly, he also sent them for free. When we received them in WA (shipping only took 5 days too!) there was one piece missing. I emailed and within the same day the correct piece was sent out, once again for FREE and we received it within 5 days. Parts were very easily changed out and Jeremy deserves a raise!!! Super happy customer and will never go any where else!
