It depends on what you order. However, plain items such can usually be shipped on the same day the order is placed. Shipping will then usually take 1-5 business days depending on where you are located.

Custom printed products will usually require 1-2 weeks for production and delivery.

Delivery costs are subject to your location and delivery deadlines. Please advise our sales consultant of your delivery address and due date to receive a quote on the shipping cost. Our warehouse is located in Brisbane if you live nearby and would prefer to collect the order yourself.

Extreme Marquees uses FedEx, StarTrack, Team Global Express (Toll), TNT, TFM, Followmont, Northline, Couriers Please and Civic for the vast majority of orders. Orders for large Crest Tents may involve other shipping providers. 

As part of the Extreme Marquees experience, it is our commitment to provide superior products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Extreme Marquees purchase for any reason, we will make it right. You can return your product for a replacement or refund within thirty (30) days of your purchase. The product must be in new, unused condition. Extreme Marquees does NOT accept returns for any custom printed products, crest tents, pinnacle tents or any products that have been customized in anyway unless the product has a fault under our manufacturer’s warranty.

Extreme Marquees’ guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, naturally caused accidents, storm, rain, or wind gusts.

If you have received your Extreme Marquees purchase and it has a manufacturing defect in the materials or workmanship please fill out our warranty claim form and email it through to logistics@extreme-marquees.com.au.

Subject to meeting the requirements above and in this policy, Extreme Marquees can arrange product return for change of mind, however, the customer will be invoiced for the shipping cost. In addition, when processing a refund due to change of mind, a component of the original price will be non-refundable. This amount will be equal to the shipping charges charged by the courier company. 

Yes! Extreme Marquees specializes in custom printing. Virtually the full range of Extreme Marquees products can be custom printed with your logo.

Simply purchase online and email or call our team with your requirements. Extreme Marquees' graphics design team will then provide you with a mockup for your approval. You can then accept the mockup or request as many rounds of design changes as you require. All artwork design is complimentary with any custom product purchased from Extreme Marquees.

Yes. Waterproof, water-resistant, and water-repellent are three ways in which marquees prevent water from entering inside. Think of them as levels.

• Water-resistant fabrics offer the first level of protection. They have a tightly-woven fabric that creates a barrier for water so that it doesn’t enter inside.
• Water-repellent tents offer protection from water at the second level. They have an extra coating of material that facilitates water droplets to roll right off, instead of entering inside.
• Waterproof tents offer the highest protection against water. They have more robust fabric, with a solid layer of durable water repellent (DWR) and can withstand continuous rain.

All marquees and gazebos offered by Extreme Marquees are waterproof, to keep your guests and your stuff dry.

All our marquees have Engineer’s Certification of Compliance for structural safety. This means that our product range has been designed and engineered to be lightweight, easy to setup, and extremely safe. Both our polyester and PVC fabrics have been fire-tested.
