Polyester is lightweight and easy to handle — ideal for casual or semi-regular use. Carries a 1-year warranty. PVC (500D/600D) is thicker, heavier, and built for constant commercial use — up to 5 years warranty on plain PVC. If you're setting up every week, PVC is the better investment.

We use four methods depending on your canopy type and use case: dye sublimation (vibrant full-colour, heat-pressed into fabric), LED-UV printing (lasts up to 3× longer in direct sun), large-format digital (direct to PVC, sealed with lacquer), and screen printing (bold logo work). No — the print is applied to base fabric before the canopy is cut and sewn, so we can't print onto an assembled roof or wall. However, if you already own an Extreme Marquees frame, we can produce a replacement printed canopy to fit it. Contact us with your frame model and size for a quote.

All our printing is designed for Australian conditions. LED-UV printing lasts up to 3× longer than standard sublimation, and our PVC direct-prints are lacquer-sealed for scratch and fade resistance. For maximum longevity in full sun, ask about our UV fade-resistant fabric option (2-year fade warranty).

Very easy — no tools required. Our concertina (scissor-frame) design means a 3×3m marquee can be set up by two people in about 2–3 minutes. Larger sizes (3×6m, 4×8m) work best with 3–4 people. Always expand the frame fully before raising the legs. Setup videos are on our YouTube channel.

Every leg must be anchored — no exceptions.

• Grass/soft ground: Use the included steel pegs and guy ropes.
• Concrete/asphalt/pavers: Use leg weights — 15kg steel plates or PVC sandbags that sit between the folding legs.
• Maximum security: Use both pegs and weights, especially in exposed or coastal locations.

Yes. We offer full solid walls, mesh walls (for airflow), window walls, door walls with zips, and half walls. They attach via Velcro strips along the valance — quick on, quick off. Sidewalls add weather protection, privacy, and extra branding space.

Yes — all folding marquees have telescoping legs with multiple height settings. At full extension, most models give 2.1–2.4m entrance clearance. Lowering the height is useful in windy conditions or areas with limited overhead space. Exact dimensions are on each product page.

A 3×3m frame weighs roughly 20–30kg depending on the range (aluminium models are lighter than steel). Packed in the wheeled carry bag, a 3×3m fits comfortably in most car boots, station wagons, or ute trays. Larger sizes (4×8m) typically need a ute or van. Use a soft sponge with cold water and mild soap. Rinse with clean water and air dry completely before packing away. Do not use bleach, solvents, or abrasive pads — these damage the waterproof coating and print. Never machine wash.

In a pinch, yes — but unpack and air dry it as soon as you get home. Never leave it damp in the bag overnight. Trapped moisture causes mould that permanently damages the fabric and may void your warranty. Hang or lay flat in a ventilated area — avoid hairdryers or heaters, which can damage the coating.

Store in its carry bag in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight — a garage, shed, or storeroom is ideal. Make sure the canopy is completely dry first. Avoid damp areas like unventilated shipping containers. Keeping the frame slightly loosened (rather than fully compressed) in the bag reduces stress on truss bars over time.

With proper care, our commercial frames last 5–10+ years. Canopy lifespan depends on material and frequency of use — a polyester canopy used weekly may last 1–2 years, while PVC under the same conditions can go 5+ years. When a canopy fades or a part wears out, you replace that component — not the whole marquee.

A PVC repair patch or fabric adhesive can work as a short-term fix for minor tears. For a proper lasting repair — especially on printed canopies — contact us. We can often repair or replace individual panels without needing a whole new canopy top. Call 1300 850 832 to discuss your options.

Yes. Dirt, bird droppings, tree sap, and salt air (coastal areas) degrade the fabric coating over time. A quick wash-down before long-term storage keeps the waterproofing intact and the print looking sharp for the next season.
